This document is a reference copy of the Historic Structure Report for the Henry House at Manassas National Battlefield Park. The proposed treatment is restoration of the exterior to the period of significance based on photo documentation and architectural fabric evidence. Rehabilitation of the interior would accommodate adaptive reuse and preserve the historic character-defining features. The selected period of significance includes first and second periods of construction (1870-1883) through the life of Hugh Fauntleroy Henry (son of Judith and Isaac Henry), who died June 30, 1898. The report includes the developmental history of the house, proposed treatment, and supporting documentation. Some sections of this version are missing or incomplete.
