This completion report covers the portion of construction work accomplished by contract between September 30, 1966 and May 4, 1967. It contains a summary of historical data, architectural data, engineering data, photographs and drawings, and supplemental materials pertaining to construction. The treatment proposed for the Elisha Jones House, or "The Bullet Hole House" (Building No. 39), would be limited to rehabilitation of the main house, preserving its post-1865 alterations and additions and the restoration of the shed to its appearance of 1775, if possible. It was proposed in the Master Plan to retain the use of the main house as quarters, and to use the Shed as an exterior exhibit relating to the historical events of April 19, 1775. Minute Man National Historical Park protects 970 acres in and around the Massachusetts towns of Lexington, Lincoln, and Concord, commemorating the opening battle in the American Revolutionary War.
