Summary of Achievements: "The Bureau of Cultural and Historical Preservation/Historic Preservation Office is fortunate to have a Deputy Historic Preservation Officer who also tasked as a Section Head for the Survey & Inventory/Archaeology Section who was able to complete the Project Review Product for the section with the assistance of the onboard Compliance Officer and a newly hired Historic Preservation Specialist/Archaeological Surveyor. The Survey & Inventory/Archaeology Section is required to implement the standard operation for the Project Review and Compliance to ensure that services are available to the public." Project funding was provided in part by a Historic Preservation Fund grant to the Palau Historic Preservation Office, Bureau of Cultural and Historical Preservation, Ministry of Community and Cultural Affairs, administered by the Pacific West Regional Office, National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior (grant number P15AF00022).
