A documentary describing the social and political inequalities in Guam that led to the walkout of the Guam Congress in 1949 and the passage of the Guam Organic Act by the United States Government, as told by Carols Taitano, one of the leaders of the movement and the former Speaker of the Guam Legislature. Project funding was provided in part by a Historic Preservation Fund grant to the Guam State Historic Preservation Office, Department of Parks & Recreation, administered by the Pacific West Regional Office, National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior.
