Architect Jack B. Jones surveys the historic homes of Agana twenty-five years after their first survey (which led to their inclusion on the National Register of Historic Places as part of the Agana Historic District): the Rosario House, the Calvo House (now demolished), the Martinez-Notley House, and the Leon-Guerrero House. The Lujuan House is also surveyed by another historical architect. Project funding was provided in part by a Historic Preservation Fund grant to the Guam State Historic Preservation Office, Department of Parks and Recreation, administered by the Pacific West Regional Office, National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior.
