This report presents stabilization alternatives developed by Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc, (WJE), for twelve structures contained in the War in the Pacific National Historical Park, Guam. These structures are major contributors of significance to the park's properties on the National Register of Historic Places and are designated National Historic Landmarks based on their significance to World War n. The work was requested by the National Park Service (NPS) Western Regional Office, San Francisco, California. This report is based in part on work performed by WJE duringPhase I of this project as reported in, "Stabilization of Concrete Military Structures, War in the Pacific National Historical Park, Guam, Phase I: Investigation, Testing and Documentation", dated August 20, 1990. Two sets of measured drawings were produced; one showing the existing structures and a second set showing existing conditions.
