The report is laid out in the following manner: 1.5 - Brief Historical Overview; 2.0 - Outline Scope of Work with written description and photographs, with recommended sequence of repairs and work items; 3.0 - Preliminary Building Code Study; 4.0 - Schematic Plans; 5.0 - Preliminary Construction Cost Opinion; 6.0 - Attachments; and 7.0 - Rehabilitation Incentives with information about potential grant programs. The recommendations made in this report are based on 'The Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties' and the 'Guidelines for Rehabilitating Historic Buildings.' The intent of this report is to provide you with the information needed to understand and prioritize repair and maintenance items, as well as needed alterations for the new proposed schematic design options. It is not intended to provide detailed instructions, construction documents or specifications...."
