The Seattle Federal Office Building (FOB) Occupant Emergency Plan (OEP) is designed to protect occupants at 909 1st Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104 in the event of a potentially life-threatening emergency. The OEP is for the use of FOB employees, tenants, and guests. This Handbook outlines the OEP, including: emergency organization and responsibility; building information, such as emergency contacts and floor plans; building evacuation procedure; and response procedure for various scenarios.
