Golden Spike National Historic Site FFI Fire Effects Monitoring Data
Firmage DS and Ronsani KG. 2021. Golden Spike National Historic Site FFI Fire Effects Monitoring Data
Fire effects monitoring data collected at Golden Spike National Historic Site in Utah. The data were collected during spring, summer and fall field seasons by the fire effects monitoring crew out of Zion National Park from 1998-2020. Data collected from shrub and/or grass transects are 30 meter point intercept data to obtain relative and percent cover. Shrub density data is also measured using brush belts along the same transect. Photographs are taken from each end of the transect to document change.
