This dataset extracts all alpine cells identified by the 2011 USGS GAP Landfire National Terrestrial Ecoystems imagery and combines them into a single merged raster. QA/QC was performed on the dataset by identifying tree line within ecosystem boundaries as defined by EPA Ecoregion III (Omernik).
