Barcoding US Ants

As part of an effort to contribute data for the DNA Learning Center's effort to barcode ants throughout the US, a team of 4 collected ants on the Olympic Peninsula including sites within Olympic National Park. DNA was extracted from samples and sent to the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. The lab provided the team with barcode data which we processed in an effort to identify species from our samples. All data reside at the lab.
