This Historic Structure Report [HSR] focuses on Slater Mill located in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, within the boundaries of Blackstone River Valley National Historical Park (BLRV). The goal of this project was to gain a broad understanding of the building and its history through physical and archival research/documentation as well as to provide Blackstone River Valley National Historical Park with a framework for the long-term stewardship of Slater Mill.
