The Northern Great Plains Network partners with Bird Conservancy of the Rockies (formerly Rocky Mountain Bird Observatory) to assess trends in breeding-bird species composition, density, and occupancy for 13 parks within the Network. Point counts are conducted based on the IMBCR sampling design with a GRTS panel sampling design for large parks. The data are entered and initially processed by the Bird Conservancy of the Rockies. This dataset contains the data collected between 2013 and present.
