HAFE Package 116 lies on the south side of Shenandoah Street in Harpers Ferry National Historical Park. This area encompasses approximately one half acre and includes seven standing structures-Bldgs. 32, 33, 33A, 34, 34A, 35, and 36-all constructed of brick and stone. The backyards of these buildings presently consist of open lawn with few trees or bushes. A team of architects, historians, and archeologists, will be studying the Package 116 buildings and backyards prior to their restoration.
