Womble J, Hoekman S, Ziomek T, Amundson C, Pearson L. 2021. Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve, Alaska 2021 murrelet survey field data observer forms (KM_B). NPS Southeast Alaska I&M Network, Juneau, Alaska.

Field data observer notes taken during the course of transects surveyed by the Southeast Alaska inventory and monitoring network's Glacier Bay murrelet monitoring program during the 2021 monitoring season (July 2021). During field work paper forms are kept on hand in order to record corrections to data observations on each particular transect. Since staff may be too busy to apply corrections immediately, these are queued for later application to the KM_D corrected data files. They also serve to record qualitative observations which are not part of the target data set, but that provide informative supplementary information. These paper forms secondarily are used to record observations in an emergency when entry computers fail. These products have been audited against the formal quality criteria specified in the monitoring program active at the time, found to be in complete compliance, and accepted by the program lead for public dissemination.
