Mean occupancy by month of overwinter sites sampled between October 2016 – March 2017 and October 2017 – March 2018. Mean occupancy was calculated using the nightly presence based on Kaleidoscope Bats of North America 4.2.0 classifier MLE < 0.05. Species abbreviations are: big brown (Eptesicus fuscus; EPFU), eastern red (Lasiurus borealis; LABO), hoary bat (Lasiurus cinereus; LACI), silver-haired (Lasionycteris noctivagans; LANO), eastern small-footed (Myotis leibii; MYLE), little brown (Myotis lucifugus; MYLU), northern long-eared (Myotis septentrionalis; MYSE), Indiana (Myotis sodalis; MYSO), evening (Nycticeius humeralis; NYHU), and tri-colored bat (Perimyotis subflavus; PESU).
