Snell CW, Ives RL, Walner AM, King CB. 1958. Historic Building Report, Frederick A. Roeder Buildings, No. 5, 7, 16, and 16-A. Wager Lots 15-4 and 15-2. Drafts

This is an eclectic collection of draft reports, review comments, approvals, selected portions of a much larger report (several hundred pages) and general correspondence. The first section of this volume appears to be a copy of HFR 34 consisting of 14 numbered pages. The second section is "Historic Building Report, Part II, Historical Data Section for Building No. 7, White Hall" consisting of 15 numbered pages. Following the orange divider is Historic Building Report , Part I for building No. 16 and 16A, the Roeder Buildings consisting of 14 numbered pages. Next comes a Historic Structures Report, Part II, Frederick E. Roeder Building (16 and 16A) consisting of an Administrative Data Section and a Historical Data Section. The photo reduced Historic American Buildings Survey contains 4 pages of plans for the first floor, the second floor, the third floor, and the fourth floor. A very brief Part II by Clyde B. King contains 2 pages of Administrative Data and one page of Historical Data. The Alan M. Walmer report is Part II Architectural Data Section on The Roeder House (Building 16) and contains only the first 15 pages (Part I Physical History) of the document, and Appendix I and Appendix II. A second copy of the Roeder House floor plans for each of the four floors follows. After that are pages 32 to 57 of the 1975 Charles W. Snell draft of the Furnishing Study for Bldg. 7 (White Hall Tavern) and Bldg. No. 5 (Roeder's Store). The document ends with a series of copied pages from unidentified reports.
