A primary goal of this project is to undertake a substantial pre-planning effort for proposed site work and buildings rehabilitation so that a well-coordinated and cost effective project will result. This report provides a narrative of the existing conditions analysis for all the project features and then gives descriptions of proposed design and development aspects of the project. An estimate of the construction costs and a construction schedule and sequence analysis is also provided.
