Water quality sensor data are logged by YSI 6920V2 multiparameter sondes during the 2010 – 2020 monitoring seasons. YSI’s EcoWatch or EcoWatchLite software is used to read and graph raw (DAT format) data files. A season cumulative raw data file is uploaded from the sonde during each monthly maintenance visit. The FQ_E deliverable includes all DAT files from all monthly visits from all monitoring sites in the sampling year, zipped into a single archive file. No corrections or quality control are applied at this stage. Sondes log data cumulatively during the season and are not erased, thus typically only the final file for each site is of interest; all other DAT files are retained in event of data or sensor loss.
