This reference is standard operating procedure (SOP) 5 from the FQ-2022.1 protocol package, in effect as of the 2021 monitoring season. At the end of the field season, the Project Leader verifies that all monthly BIN data files from each monitoring site have been received and that the data covers the entire year. All BIN files are zipped into a single FQ_E archive covering the full monitoring year that is then validated, certified, and published.
