This reference is standard operating procedure (SOP) 8 from the FQ-2022.1 protocol package, in effect as of the 2021 monitoring season. After the season’s water quality data has been graded and approved in Aquarius (SOP 7), the Data Manager runs the SEAN validation and export application. Once successfully validated, the Data Manager exports each monitoring location’s dataset as a CSV file. The CSV file along with associated metadata is zipped into a site-specific FQ_Q archive, certified, and published.
