The post-fire documentation project will be conducted with USFWS, to document the regrowth of native plants and return of wildlife to meadows and surrounding forests in Lassen National Volcanic Park non-wilderness areas. The Lassen National Volcanic Park Post-Fire Documentation Project is being conducted to provide a broader context for restoration and rejuvenation processes, return of wildlife and regrowth of native plants, following the 2021 Dixie Fire.
