Growth and climate responses of four pinus species on Norumbega Mountain, Acadia National Park

Foard M, Haines H, Muñoz B, Rooney M, Stotts S, vanAkker L, Grissino-Mayer H, Brown P. 2015. Growth and climate responses of four pinus species on Norumbega Mountain, Acadia National Park. National Park Service

From the introduction: "In this study, we used dendrochronology as a tool to answer four research questions: (1) What are the species-specific growth patterns among four co-occurring pine species? (2) To which climate variables are these species responding? (3) How do climate-growth relationships vary over time? (4) What larger scale climatic drivers will affect spatial field correlation?"
