A “chronos” synopsis was compiled in November 10, 2016 of the docket which provides a narrative describing the use of the water right with the State of California. Following that a quitclaim deed was made March 6, 2017, to the National Park Service (NPS) by the State of California (see document in Land History). The amount of the water right is used for beneficial use for enhancement of aquatic systems, riparian zones, and wildlife habitat since 2017 under NPS ownership.
