This Value Analysis Report presents the analysis and recommendations of the Value Analysis Study for porch and landscape alterations to provide ABA compliant visitor access into the Zane Grey House from the walkway through the rear porch. These recommendations were developed in the Value Analysis study conducted on February 3, 2022 & February 22, 2022. Alternative #5, which includes ramp elements both outside and inside the covered porch, was selected as the "Preferred Alternative" as the outcome of this process.
