Our research team quantified the prevalence and infestation intensity of gill lice on fish within the Upper Snake River watershed during 2020 and 2021. Preliminary data suggest gill lice prevalence and infestation intensity is low; however, differences across years suggest that low water levels and warmer water temperatures could increase gill lice prevalence and infestation intensity.
