Incentives include: 50/50 marching grant, collateralized loan program, preservation-in-lieu-of-taxes (pilot) program, and downtown rebate incentive program. Project funding was provided in part by a Historic Preservation Fund grant to the Kentucky Heritage Council (SHPO), administered by the State, Tribal, Local Plans and Grants division, National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior (grant number P19AF00044).
