This Sea Level Rise (SLR) brief is part of a larger National Park Service Ocean and Coastal Resources Branch (OCRB) SLR priority project. The NPS OCRB is working with ocean and coastal park units to develop park-specific SLR resource briefs. These one-page front-and-back handouts include information on why sea level rise is happening, how it is impacting the park unit, and what the future of sea level rise in that park unit may look like. Graphs and mapping included in the briefs are based on publicly available data from the NOAA SLR viewer (based on the 2022 Interagency SLR Technical Report) and all information presented here is for general educational and awareness purposes only and should not be used for site-specific analysis, navigation, permitting, or legally binding activities.
