The Inclusive Science Communication Project informs the NPS about our diverse audiences’ interests, needs, attitudes, and values regarding science and science learning. This report summarizes the results of conversations with local communities. The purpose of the conversations was to gain insight from professionals with experience and expertise in equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) related to parks and science. A conversation guide accompanies the report and can be used by people committed to advancing inclusive science communication.
