LAKE POWELL OBSERVATIONS 2023 Barnacle-Blocker, LLC in 2023 had research at two locations in GCNRA. The original test is on the breakwater at Wahweap and is managed with the assistance of NPS personnel. The second test was located in slip L36 at Bullfrog. In 2023 we visited the Bullfrog dock on November 16. The test had been removed. On November 27 we met with NPS employee Quetzal Elmore at the NPS dock at Wahweap in the morning. Mr. Elmore already had the test lattice at the dock for inspection
