This standard operating procedure (SOP) describes data analysis and reporting procedures for the NGPN Stream Channel Monitoring Protocol (Thornbrugh et al. 2019). The procedures are adapted from the Southeast Coast Network SOP Wadeable Stream Data Processing and Analysis—Version 1.0. (McDonald et al. 2018) and from the Water Quality Monitoring Protocol for Wadeable Streams and Rivers in the Northern Great Plains Network: SOP 6 Data Analysis and Reporting (Wilson and Wilson 2014).
