This standard operating procedure (SOP) discusses how to set up and configure a total station for the NGPN Stream Channel Monitoring Protocol (Thornbrugh et al. 2019). The procedures are adapted from the Southeast Coast Network SOP 1.2.17 Setting up and Configuring a Total Station—Version 1.0 (McDonald et al. 2018).
