This article summarizes the 2023 sampling season for terrestrial vegetation monitoring at San Antonio Missions National Historical Park. In 2019, I&M crews established and sampled five plots in the main Missions unit and five in the Rancho de las Cabras unit. In May 2023, they returned for the second round of sampling. Key metrics included species richness for both native and invasive species, per-species relative frequency, and per-species percent cover in nested subplots.
