Source code and supporting scripts (github release v1.0.0) used in the generation of the "SO_D" deliverable (https://irma.nps.gov/DataStore/Reference/Profile/2302816) for the Southeast Alaska I&M Network's Sea Otter vital sign monitoring program. Included in this release are: SeeOtter v3.5.1 - AI software used to count sea otters in aerial photographs. Database scripts - Scripts to create supporting database objects (tables, stored procedures, functions, SSIS package). Import/export scripts - PowerShell scripts which drive the import, validation, and export processes.
