This Historic Structure Report (HSR) provides a developmental history, condition assessment, and treatment plan for the 13 resources at Coal Creek Camp within Yukon Charley Rivers National Preserve. In anticipation of planned system upgrades and park identified deferred maintenance needs, the National Park Service (NPS) commissioned this Historic Structure Report (HSR). This HSR will serve as a planning and management document for the Yukon-Charley Rivers National Preserve to inform future rehabilitation and maintenance projects at the site and 13 contributing buildings. It summarizes historical information, documents current conditions, and provides long-term stewardship recommendations and analysis in accordance with The Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
