Aviation history generally is based upon recollections, myths, facts or combinations of the above, written generally by those in attendance. In this case, however, Paul Rizzo was there. He was part of the golden age of flying, starting in the twenties and through the thirties and well past the war years of World War II. His experiences and flying adventures are his own and of his peers. He tells it as is it was, from his eyes and from his viewpoint.
