A summary of the past two monitoring years for amphibian monitoring at San Antonio Missions National Historical Park. The park has three study sites within the San Antonio NPS properties, with each site containing 20 plywood coverboards. Field crews visit each site once every other month and record the amphibian species and numbers of individuals under each board. Two amphibian species are regularly found under coverboards: the non-native Rio Grande chirping frog and the Gulf Coast toad.
