This due diligence assessment was completed for the Mill Creek sediment and soil management unit (SSMU), or Site, under the National Park Service Sediment and Soil Management Framework for the Herring River Restoration Project (HRRP) within Cape Cod National Seashore (CACO), and the National Park Service Clean Fill Protocol. This due diligence assessment was completed to determine analytical requirement recommendations for characterization of sediment and soil being proposed for reuse within CACO, and included an electronic data base search, review of historical use, review of historical and current aerial photographs, and review of readily available environmental assessments.
