The FA-05 Skagit River Gorge Bypass Reach Hydraulic and Instream Flow Model Development Study was conducted by Seattle City Light (City Light) in support of the relicensing of the Skagit River Hydroelectric Project. A report of the study efforts was filed with FERC as part of City Light’s Updated Study Report.
