Proposal to build a stock trail across a finger of lava from the Potter area to the Lava Butte area of Laidlaw Park. In 1974 this would have been a BLM project alone. CRMO was just asked to comment on the proposal and did not object. When the Monument was expanded in 2000 this stock trail was excluded and the narrow strip remains with the BLM.
