In accordance with guidelines set forth by the National Park Service Inventory & Monitoring Division, a Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) has been created for use by three Inventory & Monitoring networks located within Region 1 (northeast), the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast Coastal and Barrier, and Northeast Temperate networks. This QAP documents the standards, policies, and procedures used by all participating networks for activities related to the collection, processing, storage, analysis, publication, and sharing of breeding landbird monitoring data.
