The primary monitoring goal of this protocol (IRMA Ref#2220998) is to assess status and trends of Mammoth Cave National Park’s cave cricket entrance populations and their habitat use. Data in the current database include location ID, sampling event ID, sampling event date, sampling event start and end time, sampling event notes, transect ID, GRTS draw number, panel, use code, rejection code, number (and identification code) of clusters encountered, cluster location on the baseline, cluster extent, cluster distance, cluster side, estimated number of cave crickets in cluster, and meteorological covariate data (i.e., temperature, relative humidity, and air flow) at each cluster encountered.
