The purpose of this SOP is to describe the procedures for collecting and processing stream discharge data using the SonTek YSI FlowTracker2 device and software. Data will be saved digitally onto the device upon collection in the field and will also be recorded onto the Stream Discharge Datasheet (see SOP #23 Habitat Characterization at the Reach and Transect Scales for a full version of the datasheet).
