This SOP gives detailed instructions on how to download data from the YSI EXO2 Multi-parameter Data Sonde, process the files using the KorEXO software, and upload the files to the Water Quality project workspace on the PACN I&M SharePoint site. This SOP also discusses how to create a SharePoint shortcut on the user’s computer in order to import the processed YSI files into the Water Quality Monitoring Database, however thorough procedures for the actual importing are found in the Water Quality Monitoring Database Users Guide.
