This SOP outlines calibration and field deployment of the YSI EXO2 multiparameter sonde for freshwater and brackish applications. The included calibration procedures are also performed prior to marine water quality sampling, however, field deployment instructions for marine water quality monitoring are located in SOP #11 Collecting Marine Water Samples.
