A Protocol Implementation Plan for monitoring exotic plants is being implemented in National Parks within the Chihuahuan Desert Network, Sonoran Desert Network and the Southern Plains Network. These networks are implementing the Northern Colorado Plateau Network approved Exotics Monitoring Protocol. This Protocol Implementation Plan outlines the means by which exotic plant monitoring data will be collected, managed, and reported for the Exotic Plant Vital Sign(s) by the three networks.
