A review of the samples collected during the 1950’s USGS geologic survey and additional field work in 2022 by the National Park Service Paleontology Program at Forellen Peak within Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming, demonstrates an important record of Permian fish assemblages from the Permian Park City, Shedhorn, and Phosphoria formations. New records of the ctenacanthiform Glikmanius is presented here for the Shedhorn and Phosphoria Formations. In addition, a large ctenacanthiform taxon and a large cochliodontiform taxon are also documented from the Phosphoria Formation. Evidence of large bobasatraniid fishes is also documented. The presence of the ctenacanth Glikmanius, the large ctenacanth, the holocephalan Deltodus, and large bobasatraniid fishes suggest faunal similarities with the southern equivocally aged Kaibab Formation in northern Arizona.
