This Standard Operating Procedure explains the methods for photo-documentation of permanent plots. Landscape photo-pairs repeated from identical points over time are extremely valuable tools for documenting changes through time in vegetation and landscape variables. This procedure has been adopted from the 2003 USDI-National Park Service Fire Monitoring Handbook. This version was implemented during the 2022 field season.
