Science Lesson. Overview The theme for this week is respect. We embrace each other's differences so that we may enrich the well-being of everyone. There are a lot of harmful myths abound bats, but the truth is that they provide crucial environmental services, from pest control to pollination, and their survival is threatened by multiple stressors. As environmental stewards, it is our duty to dispel rumors and spread scientific knowledge about bats to the general public.
