Description of attempts to clean graffiti from saguaros at Saguaro National Park with a viscous product called Elephant Snot. Eleven saguaros were defaced in an act of vandalism. Cleaning products need to be effective without damaging the saguaro. Elephant Snot proved to be corrosive.
